Gameplay

How do I learn how to play?

Start with Level 1, which includes a tutorial video that shows you exactly how the game works. Watch the video, then continue to Level 2 to start playing. You can also watch the tutorial video on our How to Play page anytime.

Which level should I start with?

Everyone starts with Level 1 to watch the tutorial video. After that, begin with Level 2 (2 shapes per sequence) to get comfortable with the game mechanics. Move up to higher levels when you can consistently complete sets without errors.

Should I keep sound on?

Yes! Audio narration strengthens memory by linking what you see with what you hear. The sounds help reinforce the sequence order and make it easier to remember. We recommend keeping sound enabled for the best training experience.

What happens if I get a puzzle wrong?

After completing a set of 10 puzzles, you'll see a summary screen showing which puzzles you got correct and incorrect. Tap "Try Again" on any red puzzle number to replay that specific puzzle and correct your mistake. This helps you learn from errors and improve.

Can I use hints?

Yes! Tap the "HINT" button during a puzzle to peek at the sequence again. Hints are tracked so you can see how many you used, but they won't prevent you from completing the game. Use them when you need help, but try to rely on your memory as much as possible.

How do I change difficulty levels?

You can change your level anytime from your dashboard or during gameplay. Click "Change Level" and select the level you want. Levels 2-7 increase the number of shapes in each sequence (2-7 shapes). Level 8 is Expert mode with additional challenges.

What's the difference between demo mode and a subscription?

The demo lets you try the game without creating an account, but your progress isn't saved. With a subscription, you can track your results over time, see progress reports, and play unlimited games. Your level preferences and game history are saved to your account.

Account & Subscription

How do I reset my password?

Click "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" Enter your email and we'll send reset instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel anytime and retain access until your billing period ends.

What does my subscription include?

With an Individual subscription, you get unlimited games, progress tracking, and detailed results reports. Your game history and level preferences are saved, so you can see your improvement over time.

Support & Feedback

How do I report a bug or share feedback?

Click the red feedback button in the bottom-right corner of any page (visible when you're signed in). You can report bugs, share suggestions, or ask questions. We review all feedback and use it to improve the experience.

What skills does Recall PowerUp train?

Recall PowerUp strengthens visual working memory, sequencing, feature binding, and visual-auditory integration—the same cognitive abilities researchers use to measure cognitive health. By linking what you see with what you hear, you build stronger memory connections. Learn more about the research behind Recall PowerUp.
